Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and have set up our Etsy shop to accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions at our Etsy shop.

Breakage
Pottery is fragile, and we take great care to ensure that your items are packed securely and will arrive intact. However, if anything is damaged in transit, please:

• Take photos of the damage, as well as the packaging so we can submit an insurance claim.
• Save the packaging and send copies of the photos to us. We will respond within 48 business hours to advise if you need to return the damaged goods back to us.
